On December 9, 2025, we held our annual all-hands meeting!
At this all-hands meeting, the presidents and executives of all 24 group companies within D-POPS GROUP come together. The first part of the meeting features presentations regarding the annual business performance and key highlights from each company.
The second part consists of a social gathering, providing a valuable opportunity for executives from our various group companies—who may not often see each other in their day-to-day operations—to deepen their connections. We also hold an MVP Award Ceremony, where winners are recognized with money, special prizes, etc.

Every year at the all-hands meeting, we are honored to receive an inspiring speech from the chairman of our board of directors, Dr. Sachio Semmoto. As a co-founder of KDDI and a serial entrepreneur who has long contributed to society, Chairman Semmoto delivers a passionate message each year to our group company executives.

We also received words of encouragement from our corporate advisor, Ichiro Fujisaki. Mr. Fujisaki, who formerly served as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the United States and is the current Chairman of the Japan-America Society, shared his insights regarding the current state of global affairs.
