“Urizo” Integrates with “KaitakuCloud” to Accelerate the Digital Transformation of New Business Development

  • Information
2025.08.26

Faithful Corporation, one of the companies inside D-POPS GROUP, has announced a new product, so we are pleased to share the information on our website as well.

Faithful Corporation (Shibuya, Tokyo; CEO: Takahiro Kato; referred to as “Faithful” from here on), the company that operates the enterprise list generation tool Urizo, has partnered with Shadow Consulting Inc. (Shibuya, Tokyo; CEO: Hideki Miura). They will begin offering a new solution for the digital transformation of sales on August 27, 2025, which integrates Urizo’s enterprise lists with the sales support SaaS KaitakuCloud.

■ What is “Urizo”?

Urizo is a data creation tool that automatically gathers, examines, and lists corporate information (company names, addresses, phone and fax numbers, emails, etc.) in real-time from 29 different websites, including iTownPage and Hello Work, which are originally based on national corporate data.

Urizo’s biggest strength is its ability to accurately identify marketing targets directly linked to results, thanks to features like real-time updates, duplicate elimination, and filters for area or industry. As of 2024, the number of companies opting to use this tool has surpassed 80,000. It is highly valued for its industry-low price, free trial, high accuracy, and immediate effectiveness, and is widely utilized in many marketing and sales departments.

Furthermore, Urizo provides comprehensive support services for sales activities such as:
・Bulk outsourcing of faxes and mailing for direct marketing
・Support for copywriting, drafting, and renting mailing lists
・An all-inclusive system that allows companies to immediately start outreach activities, even if they don’t have a mailing list yet

■ Background and Purpose for the Collaboration

Sales teams frequently struggle with common issues such as failing to achieve results, targeting businesses randomly, and stagnation of their mailing lists.

By directly importing Urizo’s high-precision, highly fresh mailing lists into KaitakuCloud, the business support tool provided by Shadow Consulting, the partnership will comprehensively achieve goals such as:
・Collection and maintenance of mailing lists
・Visualization of marketing and sales progress
・Seamless handover upon personnel changes
・Elimination of reliance on individual staff

This overturns the conventional wisdom that “new business development equals inefficiency”, enabling the rebuilding of a business structure that directly leads to results.

SpeakBUDDY Ltd. Business Briefing Session
On Thursday, February 5, 2026, at the headquarters of D-POPS GROUP, we held an event to introduce the business of SpeakBUDDY Ltd., a new addition to our group’s investment portfolio. D-POPS GROUP completed its investment in SpeakBUDDY in December 2025. (For more details regarding the investment, please refer to our press release.) This presentation was organized for the CEOs and other executives of our group companies with the aim of creating business synergies and exchanging ideas for further business expansion. We were honored to welcome SpeakBUDDY’s President and CEO Tateishi and Executive Officer Morimoto, who is in charge of their corporate business. Objectives of the Event ・Promoting Mutual Understanding: To gain a deep understanding of SpeakBUDDY’s vision and business operations. ・Developing Partnerships: To exchange information for exploring corporate client development and business collaborations. SpeakBUDDY Business Overview ・Planning, development, and operation of “AI English Conversation SpeakBUDDY”. ・Planning and operation of the online English coaching service “CoachBUDDY”. See their official website here. Investment Background and Future Vision At the beginning of the event, Advisor Sugihara, who heads our company’s Investment Committee and drives collaborative CVC developments, spoke about the context of this investment and the synergies our group expects to achieve. Following this, SpeakBUDDY’s President Tateishi explained their company profile, the strengths of their AI English conversation app, the development of their corporate business, and their vision for the future. One particularly memorable highlight was an episode President Tateishi shared. Apparently, he further refined SpeakBUDDY’s business strategy by drawing inspiration from the presentation given by President Goto (our CEO) at Venture Ecosystem Summit 2025, which we held in October 2025. Our group’s members in attendance were greatly inspired by SpeakBUDDY’s proactive stance of flexibly incorporating external expertise to continuously evolve their business. Passionate Q&A with Group Companies During the Q&A session, a wide range of ideas were exchanged, from specific corporate collaboration methods to unique utilization concepts within the HR industry. ・From a staffing company: “This English-learning app could be used not just for employee training, but as a perk to share while trying to recruit new workers.” ・From a company that centers around customer service: “In light of the recent increase in overseas customers, an attitude of trying to communicate in one’s own words—rather than relying entirely on translation devices—will directly result in higher customer satisfaction.” These real-world insights from a frontline perspective helped everyone visualize how the service could be practically applied. Deep Discussions at the Social Gathering Following the presentation, a social gathering was held, and everyone crowded around President Tateishi and Executive Officer Morimoto. The conversations were incredibly dense and productive, including the story behind President Tateishi’s founding of SpeakBUDDY, crucial aspects of improving one’s company that only business managers could discuss, and specific ideas for further collaboration. It was a time that not only deepened our bond with SpeakBUDDY but also fostered a sense of unity across D-POPS GROUP and the entire Venture Ecosystem. We wish to convey our sincere gratitude to President Tateishi and Executive Officer Morimoto of SpeakBUDDY, and to all the participants from D-POPS, GOOD CREW, STAR CAREER, versetal, and Faithful for making time in their busy schedules! D-POPS GROUP will continue to strive to increase the value of our partner companies and to build stronger relationships with them.

From topics such as “how to maintain motivation” to “ways of thinking that are not bound by preconceived notions”, President Goto was deeply impressed by the students’ future-minded and earnest attitudes. Two Tracks (Judging Criteria) for Creating the Future Students will compete in innovation along the following two criteria: Track A: Fan Travel Innovation Challenge Making travel to Suzuka Circuit fun, convenient, and sustainable (utilizing carbon credits, imagining transportation methods for the year 2050, etc.) Track B: Fan Engagement Challenge Expanding the appeal of motorsports to unfamiliar audiences using social media, AR/VR, gamification, etc. (Photo credit: Honda Mobilityland Corporation) Backstage with the Project Team Behind the scenes, the project team assembled from around the world—including the Honda Mobilityland secretariat—supported the smooth operation of the event. One team member named Altair Lee, a high school senior who also serves as the student representative for the Robot Open Autonomous Racing (ROAR) program at the University of California, Berkeley, was not only an event planner and emcee, but was also on the judging panel for this event. The project team had meticulously prepared every detail, including providing simultaneous interpretation throughout the event. The Road to the Formula 1 Japanese Grand Prix Selection for this award will take place during February, and the winning teams from Tracks A and B will be invited to the final stage: a presentation on the Fan Zone stage at the Formula 1 Japanese Grand Prix held in late March.
