When I decided to start a business at 25, it was largely due to the impact and inspiration I received from reading books by Panasonic's founder, Konosuke Matsushita. It was the first time I heard that it was possible to contribute to society by managing a company.
At that time, I recalled the courageous spirit of international students I had met while studying abroad, and I became convinced that without creating the stage where such young people could challenge themselves, Japan would have no future. That was the concept behind my entrepreneurship.
Our mission at D-POPS GROUP is to create a startup company that is "indispensable to society" and representative of Japan. Above all, we cherish creating smiles and joy for our customers through the philosophy of "empathetic customer service" that we have held since the beginning, and we are committed to moving forward with all our member companies towards realizing a company that "creates delight and brightness for people through innovative business".
We believe that this ultimately leads to the happiness of all our stakeholders (customers, business partners, shareholders, and member companies).
